This Privacy Policy applies to PulseTIO, a healthcare software platform developed and operated by İsmail Oktay BAL. Throughout this document, the terms “PulseTIO”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to the PulseTIO platform operated by İsmail Oktay BAL.

1. Data Governance Commitment

At PulseTIO, we understand the critical nature of health information privacy. We are committed to safeguarding the data of both our registered healthcare providers and the patients they evaluate.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal data required to deliver core reputation metrics and survey feedback routing:

Provider Profiles: Clinic names, manager contacts, clinician registries, treatment categories, and email addresses.
Patient Check-Ins: Patient names, phone numbers, and visit type parameters (used solely to deliver feedback links).
Survey Responses: Likert ratings, patient comments, and satisfaction metrics.

3. How We Use Patient Data

Patient phone numbers are strictly used to dispatch SMS/WhatsApp check-in surveys and are never shared, sold, or rented to third-party advertising networks. Patient feedback is rendered on secure private clinic dashboards to audit service qualities.

4. Third-Party Integrations

We integrate with selected trusted technology suppliers to deliver our features:

Supabase: Fully managed secure cloud database housing patient logs and credentials.
Telnyx: Used for automated transmission of SMS/WhatsApp patient survey check-ins.
Lemon Squeezy: Secure transaction handling for subscription payments.

5. Data Deletion and Portability

Clinics maintain absolute ownership of their historical patient check-in records. You may export feedback ratings or completely request deletion of clinician profiles and patient logs at any time via the Support team.
