1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account and using the PulseTIO platform ("Services"), you represent that you are an authorized representative of your medical clinic or healthcare organization and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Services.
2. Service Scope & Evaluation Limits
PulseTIO provides a patient feedback routing and clinical analytics service.
- Free Trial Sandbox: Limited to 1 doctor, 1 procedure category, and a total limit of 25 patient check-ins.
- Paid Packages: Subscription limits (SMS credits, AI credits) reset monthly according to the chosen package tier (Starter, Professional, Growth).
- Abuse prevention: Access will be restricted or locked if monthly quotas are exceeded.
3. Outbound Messages & Compliance
Clinics utilizing automatic SMS or WhatsApp dispatch features through our Telnyx integration represent and warrant that they have obtained appropriate patient consent to deliver clinical survey invitation messages. PulseTIO is not liable for regulatory fines resulting from unsolicited text message campaigns.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellation
All paid subscriptions are managed securely via our third-party merchant Lemon Squeezy. Billing cycles recur monthly, quarterly, or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelled subscriptions revert automatically to Sandbox limits upon expiration.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PulseTIO, its founders, or licensing partners be liable for lost profits, loss of medical business reputation, patient chart inaccuracies, or any indirect damages resulting from server down-times or service locks.
